Our program
Cohort-based learning to kickstart your portfolio: The curriculum focuses on meta-skills like critical thinking, communication and self-awareness. The project gets you to hands-on exposure of applying technology skills to build products for the community.
The Project
This summer, LeadQuests participants will enhance their leadership skills through a dynamic design project centered on the theme “What is Happiness?”. They will create impactful solutions that promote happiness within themselves and their community, collaborating with experienced mentors. Here are some examples:
- Develop a simple a Mental Health Diagnostic Toolkit for high school students to self-assess their mental health and find resources.
- Conduct a Community Happiness Survey to gauge the happiness levels in their community and present the findings along with suggestions for improvement.
The Learning
The four interconnected modules for developing essential knowledge and skills for effective project work are:
- Module 1: Self-Awareness in Leadership: What is Happiness To You?
- Module 2: Design Thinking 1: Life Design
- Module 3: Design Thinking 2: Entrepreneurial Solution Design
- Module 4: The Art of Giving & Receiving Feedback
- Bonus: Workshop on college application led by Former Ivy League Admissions Officer
Program details

You are eligible to apply for the program if you are:
- A high school students, preferably from Grade 9-Grade 12
- Proficient in English (Written & Oral)
- Willing to commit to a full immersion experience, approximately 6-8 hours/week
Note: Our program will be conducted entirely in English, so you must have a strong proficiency in the language. This includes the ability to understand reading materials, discuss topics, present your ideas, and communicate effectively with your peers.
The course is conducted in hybrid mode, with the offline location based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Most of the learning will be conducted online, including self-paced & live instructional sessions.
- The majority of the fireside chats will be conducted online
- Project mentoring sessions shall be flexible, depending on the mentor & team member arrangements. Hybrid mode is recommended.
- The final showcase day will be conducted offline with assistance towards online participation.
The program’s tuition fee: The official fee of the program is VND 12,000,000.
However, there will be offered a 50% discount for the our first ever cohort. The final fee of the program is VND 6,000,00 VND
